Lau Sum Kee Noodles (1956)

Jook-sing noodles

Nowadays, the shop owner still use the traditional method, which imparted by his grandfather, to produce this kind of noodles: riding a bamboo log and press the ingredients (e.g. eggs, flour) together.

Wonton noodles

Lau Sum Kee Noodles adapts a special method when making their wonton: sesame oil is used to replace sesame in order to carry out the relish of the wonton.
